PRS Comment Status Page can't be filtered or sorted by Global Study Owner

Issue:

PRS Comment Status Page in browse menu can't be filtered or sorted by Global Study Owner.

Workaround:

No workaround currently available.

Proposed Resolution:

ADO-2298 has been opened to allow the column to be filtered by the Global Study Owner in a future release of PharmaCM CT.
