Issue:
When canceling a Compliance Event, PharmaCM CT provides users with the ability to enter in a Reason for Cancellation. These comments are not being saved nor are they visible in PharmaCM .
Workaround:
In the interim, users may save the cancellation comments in the “Reason for Being Late” comment field, shown below.
Proposed Resolution:
We have raised ADO-2073 to update how Reason for Cancellation comments are handled in a future update of PharmaCM CT.
