Issue:
Customers with many Protocol Maintenance Compliance Events may experience time out errors on the Batch Maintenance screen on Release 2.22 and higher versions. The error message "Error has occurred in the database layer" may be displayed.
Workaround:
We have 2 optimization and indexing scripts that we can run to improve performance. Reach out to [email protected] for assistance. Additionally, we can pull the upcoming maintenance events for customers on demand.
Proposed Resolution:
ADO-70871 has been raised to track this issue.
