Disclose workflow tasks status may get out of sync due to network issues

Issue:

Disclose workflow tasks status may get out of sync and display "In progress" status on the Tasks screen when they have in fact been completed. This issue can occur when there is network connectivity issues between Disclose and the Decisions workflow engine.

Workaround:

Access the correct "In progress" task from the Compliance Event workflow manager. Upon completing the current task, the other tasks status will sync correctly in the Tasks screen and display as "Completed".

Resolution:

A bug has been logged (ADO-81822) and will be addressed in an future release.

Affects Version:

2.23.3.x and lower versions of Disclose may experience this intermittent issue.

Disclose 2.23.4
