CTGov Submission Preview displays trailing comma when Postal Code is excluded from Submission

Issue:

When the Postal Code field has been selected to "Exclude from Submission" in the Administration\Data Dictionary, the PharmaCM Submission Preview displays a trailing 'comma'.

*Note, this issue is limited to a PharmaCM Preview screen issue, the trailing space is not included in the submission to PRS.

Proposed Resolution:

ADO-2142 has been raised to fix this preview bug.
