"An unexpected error has occurred" is displayed when checking out certain studies

Issue

We have seen for studies with many versions checked in, that a system exception pop-up is displayed stating "An unexpected error has occurred". Clicking "OK" will close the pop-up and allow the user to continue working. However, this message will be displayed when checking out / in the study.

Resolution

We can increase a JSON file size limit which will resolve this issue. Please reach out to [email protected] for assistance with increasing this limit with a configuration script.
