Empty task details window caused by Workflow Service Timeout

Issue:

Occasionally, we have seen that if there are network issues, the next In Progress Task may have blank fields:

Workaround:

The workaround is to Edit the Task (by clicking on the Task menu), not making any updates, and Saving the task. This can "reset" the task.

Proposed Resolution:

ADO-64630 has been raised to track this issue.
